The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant transformation in various sectors, including education. In the context of 21st century education, AI has great potential to improve the quality of learning, the efficiency of education management, and the accessibility of education globally. This study aims to identify the utilization of AI technology in supporting the learning process and education management, as well as analyze the benefits, challenges, and recommendations for implementation. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach, using various data sources such as journal articles, books, and research reports from reputable databases in the last ten years. The results show that AI has been effectively used in personalizing learning through adaptive platforms, learning material development, and automated assessments. In addition, AI also plays an important role in educational administration, such as student data management, academic performance prediction, and data-driven decision-making. The main benefits of AI implementation include time efficiency, cost savings, and increased accessibility of education. However, the research also identified challenges such as technology gaps, ethical concerns regarding data privacy, and the need for digital skills development among educators. This study provides recommendations to improve technological literacy among educators and students, strengthen collaboration between policymakers and technology developers, and support further research to explore the potential of AI in local contexts.
